Overview

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading main contractor delivering a major project in Berkshire. This is a site-based role, ideal for a hands-on safety professional with strong main contractor experience across commercial and residential schemes.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Health & Safety Advisor working for a Main Contractor
  • Proven background in commercial and residential construction
  • Strong working knowledge of current health & safety legislation, regulations, and industry best practice
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Relevant health & safety qualifications, such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) and/or IOSH

This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily within Rail environments or CDM consultancy positions. The client is seeking site-based, main contractor experience.
