Health & Safety Advisor

Are you NEBOSH certificate qualified and interested in moving into a Health & Safety professional role? Are you ready to take ownership and make an impact?

We're looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a forward-thinking team in a role that is hands‑on, varied, and customer‑focused.

What’s on offer?

• Starting salary of £27,500 moving up to £30,000 (DOE) + 10% car allowance
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon‑Fri), remote working with site visits daily

What you’ll do

• Act as the primary Health & Safety expert for customers
• Review and improve processes to ensure compliance
• Support customers with online Safety Management and Training platforms
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments (including fire safety)
• Deliver clear reports and practical recommendations
• Manage training needs and provide accident investigation support

What we’re looking for

• NEBOSH General Certificate – this is essential
• Strong Health & Safety experience, ideally across multiple sites
• Confident communicator who can engage at all levels
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites regularly
