How You Will Contribute
  • Provide guidance to all levels of management on health, safety, and environmental (EHS) legislation and best practices.
  • Support operational management in assessing and controlling the compliance and risks associated with their activities.
  • Conduct and advise on risk assessments to identify hazards and develop effective control measures across various operational areas.
  • Investigate work‑related incidents (near‑misses, injuries, environmental issues), determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Help implement and review our health and safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) to drive continuous improvement in our safety culture.
About You
  • You have previous experience working in a health and safety role, ideally with experience in machine and equipment safety.
  • Hold a NEBOSH diploma.
  • You are effective at communicating, engaging, and training diverse audiences on complex EHS topics.
  • You can conduct internal audits and inspections and prepare comprehensive reports on performance, trends, and key metrics.
  • You are proactive in keeping up‑to‑date with changes in EHS legislation and industry best practices.
