The ideal candidate will have experience in production supervising roles with a strong focus on health and safety, backed by an IOSH qualification. This role is a "people job" – you'll be interacting directly with our teams, fostering a culture of safety, and helping them understand and implement best practices. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running on the shop floor, leveraging their existing knowledge of production environments and practical safety.
Experience: Proven background in a production supervisory role (e.g. Production Supervisor, Charge Hand, Foreman) where health and safety was a significant, though not exclusive, part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications: Essential to hold an IOSH qualification and to have gone through a Managing Safely (levels of qualification).
