Kerv Digital is seeking a Solution Director to shape the future of digital transformation across Health, Research and Regulators. You will lead the technical and solution strategy, align with business goals, and drive multi‑discipline teams to deliver high‑impact programs.

Key responsibilities include governance, strategic advisory, and close collaboration with Sales and executive stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and client value across public sector engagements.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Health, Research and Regulators domains.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.
• Experience leading complex enterprise programs in public sector.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across C-suite.

Responsabilités

• Oversee technical and solution strategy for Health, Research and Regulators portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales to craft technical proposals and deliver demos.
• Provide governance across projects, ensuring quality and best practices.
• Contribute to sector strategy and drive data-driven decision making.
• Lead cross-team collaboration with Public Sector Pod, CTO and other stakeholders.
• Act as a thought leader promoting Kerv Digital to clients and partners.
