Job summary

A major healthcare provider in Scotland is seeking an efficient Health Records administrator to manage patient records and support clinical care. This is a permanent position with a 37-hour work week, based at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

Qualifications

  • National 4 or Level 1 qualification in 3 subjects, including English.
  • General administration and office experience/previous clerical experience desirable.
  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills.
  • Previous reception experience desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient Health Records service to patients and staff.
  • Administer and process patient appointments for clinics and admissions.
  • Maintain electronic and paper-based patient records systems.
