Job summary

A healthcare provider in Scotland seeks a candidate to manage health records and facilitate patient appointments. Qualifications

  • Experience in administration and clerical roles is desirable.
  • Training on the Patient Management System will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and process patient appointments for outpatient clinics.
  • Ensure patient health records are confidential and securely stored.
  • Maintain electronic and paper-based patient record systems.
  • Update patient demographic data in the management system.
