You will have completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of your placement. You must be enrolled at a UK (United Kingdom) or ROI (Republic of Ireland) University for the duration of your placement.
If you have already graduated with a Bachelor's Degree and are currently studying a postgraduate Masters, you are not eligible for this programme.

The Medical Governance and Operations Team (MGO) operates in service of Global Medical (GM) in the areas of governance, operations, and capability building to support GM to perform at their best. Through a robust governance framework, strong operational and capability building support, and clear performance metrics, MGO enables GM to focus, perform, and develop to deliver medical excellence today and in the future.

ViiV Compliance is part of the Legal and Compliance function in ViiV Healthcare. Compliance supports and partners with the business by predicting and protecting against risk and enabling activities to proceed in a risk mitigated and informed way. Compliance supports all areas of ViiV including Research and Development and Global Medical, Commercial and External Affairs and Communications.

Overview of the Department
The ViiV Safety Team plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of the medicines we develop. Reporting into the Vice President of Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PV), our team combines years of expertise with a shared commitment to drug safety and regulatory excellence. While much of the day-to-day safety work is managed through our partnership with GSK, we remain deeply involved, working closely with GSK's wider safety organisation to oversee key activities and deliver high-quality outcomes. This collaboration allows us to make meaningful, patient-focused decisions that truly make a difference.

Overview of the Department
The UK Health Outcomes team works closely with our cross functional product teams to set the strategy for reimbursement decisions in the UK. It then provides the economic evidence to enable informed decisions to be made by the UK health service, leading to patient access to GSK's medicines and vaccines. Our Health Outcomes team is responsible for understanding the environment externally and within the company and using evidence to demonstrate the value of our medicines and services to the health service.
