A healthcare provider in Harrogate is seeking a caring and compassionate Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker. This role involves assisting in a busy renal unit, providing excellent patient-centred care and supporting the multi-professional team. Candidates should have strong communication and observation skills in a fast-paced environment. Flexible working options can be discussed.
We are looking for a Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Harrogate Satellite Renal Unit. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team that is patient-focused and encourages shared care. The Renal Unit is a busy outpatient area for patients with Kidney Failure. Patients come in for treatment at least three times a week for 4 hours treatment on a dialysis machine. We are looking for people who are caring and compassionate and who have strong communication and observation skills, to deliver excellent patient-focused care in a challenging fast paced environment. Our service is open Monday to Saturday 06:30 to 00:00.
Please note: Interviews for this role will be face to face with no remote option available.
