You will be working within a dedicated and supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering therapeutic interventions to patients with a range of acute mental health needs. Your role will be essential in helping individuals regain stability and move toward recovery.

Main duties of the job

Newbridges is a 18-bedded unit delivering care to working age male patients.

As a member of the multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting patients who are experiencing acute mental health difficulties. You will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports individuals through crisis and aids their recovery journey.

The role involves 12-hour shifts, working across a 24-hour rota, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

A robust support system is in place for all staff, including: Clinical and Managerial Supervision and access to Reflective Practice sessions facilitated by our psychology colleagues.
