A healthcare provider in Barrow-in-Furness is looking for an Entry-level Health Care Support Worker. You will support patients in a variety of settings, including homes and health facilities, by facilitating assessments, implementing care plans, and ensuring safe transitions between services. Entry-level Band 3 roles will not be eligible for sponsorship as they do not meet the minimum salary threshold set by the Home Office. We are excited to be extending our team at Dane Garth and are looking to appoint to B3 Health Care Support Worker posts across the Access and Urgent Pathway, supporting patients both in their own homes, FGH and the Health Based Place of Safety.
