Are you passionate about delivering care that truly makes a difference? We're looking for dedicated Health Care Support Workers to join our Adult Inpatient Services team at Dougie Mac. Our 28-bed specialist unit supports adults with life-limiting conditions, offering both palliative and end-of-life care. You'll be part of a 24/7 multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients receive outstanding holistic care in a calm, supportive environment. What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality personal and physical care to patients
  • Support individuals and their families with dignity and compassion
  • Observe and report any changes in patient condition
  • Assist in the last days of life care and bereavement support
  • Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
  • Uphold hospice values, infection control and confidentiality standards
  • Engage in training and continuous development opportunities

Qualifications
  • Experience in a caring or healthcare role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Flexible to work a variety of day and night shifts
