A prominent health service provider in Windsor is looking for a Health Care Support Worker to deliver compassionate care and assist in a clinical environment. As a Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients across the Trust's hospitals and community services. Working under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will support the day-to-day care of patients, helping to maintain their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing throughout their stay.
As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the smooth running of the ward or department, support clinical tasks within your competence, and ensure excellent communication with patients, families, and staff.
