A healthcare trust in Plymouth is seeking a caring and motivated Health Care Support Worker to join their team. The role involves providing personal care, assisting with basic patient assessments, and supporting patients in daily activities. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and preferably have relevant qualifications or experience in healthcare. We are look for a caring a well motivated Health Care Support Worker ( HCSW) to join our dynamic team. Sharp ward is a 29 bedded orthopaedic ward with an acute assessment bay predominantly looking after patients with Neck of Femur (NOF) fractures.
We are looking for a hard working, driven and compassionate individual to help care for our patients and to help us meet all their needs via a holistic approach. The individual must have a passion for caring for others and wok well within a team.

***Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.***
