Qualificações

• 3+ years PQE in health and social care law or related regulatory experience.
• Experience supporting clients during inquests.
• Confidence managing matters independently.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a caseload of advisory and litigation matters.
• Advocacy at inquests, Court of Protection hearings and Tribunals.
• Advising on human rights, safeguarding, mental health and regulatory issues.
