Salary: £75,000+

The Role:

My client is a top tier UK law firm and they are looking to bring in a Senior Associate / Legal Director to join their Health & Care Regulatory team. The role will have a focus on supporting their local authority clients that includes adult and children’s care, Court of Protection work and in advising and acting in SEND matters. The position offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious work. They are looking for someone with strong ambitions to progress, with good client contacts, strong business development and leadership skills.

Candidate Profile
  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 7 years' PQE
  • Expertise in local government, health, or social care law.
  • Experience advising on Court of Protection, children’s services, or SEND matters.
  • Proven ability to manage complex caseloads.
  • Strong advocacy and communication skills, with confidence engaging directly with clients.
  • Track record of leading or contributing to business development.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach with strong organisational and mentoring skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to apply legal knowledge to real-world situations.
