We’re Hiring – Experienced Care Assistants

Thame

We are looking for experienced and passionate Care Assistants to join our team, providing the highest standard of care and support to our service users.

What we’re looking for :

Experienced in care – with a proven track record of delivering quality, compassionate support.

Ideally a driver – to allow flexibility in travelling between locations when needed.

Practical Moving & Handling skills – confident in using equipment such as hoists, slide sheets, and transfer aids.

Ability to work in a variety of care settings, including elderly care, learning disabilities (LD), autism (AU), mental health (MH), and challenging behaviour.

Flexible, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to support clients.
