Health Care Assistant (Twilight Shift)

Location: The Limes Residential Care Home, Bembridge

Hours: 4 to 5 evenings per week, 5:00pm – 8:00pm (including alternate weekends)

Contract: Fixed-term (3 months) – to cover long-term sick leave, with the possibility of a permanent position

The Limes is a well-established, family-run residential care home located in the heart of Bembridge, Isle of Wight. We are now seeking an experienced and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team on a fixed 3-month contract, covering long-term sickness. For the right person, there is the potential for a permanent position at the end of the contract.

About the Role

This twilight shift role focuses on providing support, reassurance, and companionship to our residents during the early evening period. Duties include assisting with personal care, preparing residents for bedtime, offering emotional support, and ensuring a calm and settled environment as the day draws to a close.
