A local NHS trust is seeking a highly motivated Health Care Assistant in Stourbridge to support Community Nursing staff. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care, assessing patient needs, and developing care programmes. Candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, good communication skills, and experience in a healthcare setting. This role offers a salary between £24,937 and £26,598 per annum, pro-rata.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and caring person to join our Stourbridge District Nursing Team within Dudley NHS Foundation Trust, supporting Community Nursing staff, you will be part of a team providing high quality nursing care to patients in the community, driver essential. Minimum training requirements is a qualification in NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care.
Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant in Acute or Community Nursing setting essential. You will have good communication skills and be able to work independently and as well as part of a team.
The post-holder is responsible for the ongoing assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. The post holder will carry out all relevant forms of care and will take responsibility for caseload holders in their absence.
