Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant for night shifts at Maypole Grove, Kings Heath, Birmingham. You will support adults with complex care needs, helping with personal care, meals and daily wellbeing within a caring team.

No two days are the same; induction and ongoing training are provided to help you grow while delivering high‑quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is not essential but valued.
• Induction and buddy training will be provided to new staff.
• UK work authorisation is required to apply.
