Job summary

Exemplar Health Care at Jubilee Heights in Bury is seeking a Health Care Assistant for night shifts. You will join a brand-new team in a purpose-built home, supporting adults with complex care needs to live their best lives and gain experience in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes personal care, nutrition support, health and wellbeing, social activities, dignity and independence, with emphasis on accurate care records. Induction and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required, on-the-job training provided.
• Experience in care settings is a plus but not essential.
• Able to show empathy and patience with residents.
