Your Role Will Include

• Supporting residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting
• Assisting during mealtimes, including serving and helping residents eat
• Keeping rooms clean, comfortable, and welcoming
• Repositioning residents safely to prevent pressure sores
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Using moving and handling equipment (such as hoists) safely and confidently
• Carrying out light housekeeping duties to promote wellbeing
