A local healthcare practice in Barrow-upon-Humber is seeking a part-time Healthcare Assistant to support its nursing team. The role involves 20-24 hours per week of direct patient care, including tasks like blood pressure monitoring and ECG recording. Candidates must have completed the HCA Care Certificate and hold relevant immunisation certifications. We are looking to recruit an part-time Healthcare Assistant to join our nursing team. Working 20-24 hours per week at Central Surgery in Barton-upon-Humber and our branch surgery in Goxhill.
Our team consists of 5 partners, 4 salaried GP's, ANP's, ACP's,Practice Nurses, HCA's and Pharmacists, along with supportive reception andadmin teams.
The Surgery is committed to the ongoing development of all ourstaff and are proud to be a training practice to GP registrars and medicalstudents, working with Hull and York Medical School.
Working under the direct supervision of our lead nurse you will support the clinical team and provide direct patient care.
Within your own clinic you will provide services including but not limited to;
We are alarge semi-rural dispensing practice, serving our local community, with approx17000 patient.
Rated as good by the CQC, we consider our surgery to be a forward thinking practice.Working within the North Care PCN, we provide care aligned to both nationaland local enhanced services, achieving high results for both QOF and IIF.
