A health care organization in the UK is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support stroke patients. The role requires good communication skills, an NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare, and offers opportunities for career growth. Your communication skills will be second to none, working collaboratively with patients, relatives/carers and colleagues to help plan a safe and seamless journey home.

This role involves caring for stroke patients, providing assistance with daily living activities, monitoring patients’ vital signs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety and hygiene, and maintaining accurate patient records.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
£24,937 to £26,598 a year per annum, pro rata.
