Job summary

Nutrix Homecare is looking for a Health Care Assistant to support service users with personal care, clinical tasks, and social activities in line with individual care plans.

We offer up to £18/hr, flexible full-time or part-time hours, and 24-hour clinical support with training and weekly pay. Applicants should have at least 6 months of care experience and access to transport is desirable.

Qualifications

• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Minimum of 6 months of previous care experience.
• Desire to enrich the lives of the sick or vulnerable.
• Access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Paediatric experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with clinical requirements and personal care.
• Support social activities and additional services as outlined in care plans.
• Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in care needs.
