Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant for Fernwood care home in Knowsley to support adults with complex care needs and help them live their best lives.

You’ll be part of a brand new team in a state-of-the-art home, with responsibilities including personal care, meals, wellbeing monitoring, social activities, and maintaining care records. A caring, energetic role with weekend inclusion and mixed full/part-time hours.

• Strong listening and communication skills are important.

Contract type: Full time and part time hours - Weekends included
