Exemplar Health Care’s Potters Green care home in Rotherham is hiring Health Care Assistants to support adults with complex care needs. The role focuses on compassionate care, personal support, and enabling residents to live their best lives.

You’ll work across flexible full-time and part-time shifts (8am-1pm and 4pm-8pm) with pay starting at £12.71 per hour (£12.81 on completion of Exemplar Care Certificate).

About Exemplar Health Care

Potters Green is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of nursing care for adults living with complex and high acuity needs.

We support adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities including acquired brain injuries, Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease, and physical health needs. The home’s Roman Unit is exclusively for those who are assigned male at birth.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• supporting people with their personal care
• assisting people at meal times

• promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect
• completing and maintaining care records.

We value relevant experience and qualifications, but they aren’t essential for this role.
