£12.71 per hour (£12.81 per hour on completion of Exemplar care certificate)

Health Care Assistant at Hylton Grange Care Home, Sunderland.

Location

1 Poole Road, Sunderland, SR4 0HG

Contract

Permanent – flexible days and nights shifts, 12‑hour shifts, 24‑, 36‑, 42‑ or 48‑hour contracts.

Support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care assistance.
• Assisting with meal times.
• Understanding individual health and wellbeing needs.
• Encouraging and supporting participation in social activities, both in and out of the home.
• Promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect.
• Completing and maintaining accurate care records.
