Job Summary

We are a busy GP surgery dedicated to providing excellent primary care to our community. We value teamwork, professionalism and patient‑centred care.

We are looking for an enthusiastic qualified Health Care Assistant, ideally with primary care experience, to join our nursing team.

Main duties include NHS health checks, BP monitoring, phlebotomy, ECGs, wound care, administering vaccinations and injections under a PSD, and conducting diabetic foot checks. You will work collaboratively with GPs, nurses and admin staff and follow infection control and confidentiality procedures.

Responsibilities

As a Health Care Assistant you will:

• Conduct NHS health checks and monitor BP.
• Perform phlebotomy, ECGs, wound care and administer vaccinations and injections.
• Carry out diabetic foot checks.
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses and administrative staff.
