About the Role

We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join a friendly residential care service. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, and passionate about supporting others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal, emotional and social care
  • Support residents with daily tasks, activities and community outings
  • Build positive relationships with residents and their families
  • Maintain accurate electronic care records
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety and service policies
  • Work effectively as part of a supportive care team
