Job summary

A national health service provider in Llandudno is seeking a motivated individual for a fixed-term position to support clinical care and improve health and social care quality. Candidates should have Level 2 qualifications in health and social care or equivalent experience. THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 2 YEARS DUE TO NEEDS OF THE SERVICE

An Opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our Community Hospital Team to provide skilled, clinical and effective care.

The post holder will support the trained nurse and other health care professionals in the delivery of the highest standard of patient focused care.

Main duties of the job

Improve the Quality of the fundamental aspects of Health and Social Care for people who are acutely or chronically ill, frail or disabled.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
