Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant for Jubilee Heights in Bury. You will join a brand new team in a state-of-the-art home and support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives.

The role involves helping with personal care, meals, and daily activities, with a focus on dignity and respect. We offer induction and ongoing training, a supportive team, and opportunities to learn, develop and progress within a leading national provider.
