Join our Health & Wellbeing team as a Sales Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving membership growth, retention, and retreat sales. Reporting to the Club Manager, you'll lead the sales process from initial enquiry through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every member.

What you'll be doing:
  • Drive membership sales and retention across a range of health and wellbeing offerings
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, tours, sign‑ups, onboarding, renewals, and waitlists
  • Analyse non‑converted leads and share insights with marketing and senior teams
  • Support the wider membership strategy across the estate
  • Sell wellbeing retreats and support the Club Manager when needed including acting as the point of contact in their absence
  • Lead a team of administrators to deliver a professional, customer‑focused experience
  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends
  • Build long‑term relationships with members to encourage recurring revenue and upselling
  • Monitor member satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance the membership experience
  • Prepare team rotas and manage shift changes
  • Represent the Health & Wellbeing team at events to build rapport and community
