A leading care organization in Glasgow is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator to deliver high-quality support to individuals living in homeless accommodation. Salary : SCP 20 -23 (£25,775 - £27,925) pro rata per annum
Location : Wayfinder Outreach (North East)
Contract : 1 x fixed term and 1x permanent
Hours : 37 hours per week

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator, to join our team at the WAYfinder North East Outreach Service as we embark on the next stage of our journey delivering truly outstanding, highly personalised care and support services.
Our team supports people we work for living in homeless accommodation who have complex needs, such as mental health, addiction, with a focus on engagement and housing support.
