Health and Safety Officer

Salary:£24,463 - £27,142 per annum (Actual pay £21,423.26 - £22,937.90 pro rata), dependent on experience and qualifications

Contract:32 hours per week, to be worked in accordance with requirements of the role Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Leading on health & safety compliance across the college sites
  • Conducting risk assessments and audits with precision and insight
  • Supporting emergency planning and incident response
  • Championing a culture of safety through training, awareness, and collaboration
  • Working closely with facilities and leadership teams to ensure legal and ethical standards are met
