Key Responsibilities
  • Designing, implementing, and continually enhancing the organisation's Health and Safety policies, procedures, and risk assessment frameworks.
  • Overseeing the planning and delivery of internal audits and site inspections to ensure full compliance with applicable legislation, industry standards, and best‑practice requirements.
  • Offering professional Health and Safety guidance and support to operational teams, vendor partners, and senior leadership across the business.
  • Driving and promoting a positive, proactive safety culture throughout our global construction‑security operations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A NEBOSH Diploma, or an equivalent Level 6 qualification, in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Proven experience managing Health and Safety within the construction sector, security industry, or technical services involving infrastructure installation – this sector‑specific background or similar.
  • Practical understanding of ISO 45001 and other key Health and Safety standards relevant to construction and security environments.
  • Excellent organisational capabilities and a strong eye for detail.
