Health & Safety Manager - Roofing & Construction

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + annual bonus

Location: UK-wide travel (2 days per week in Walsall office)

Hours: 8am-4pm, early finish Fridays

Benefits: Car or car allowance, 23 days holiday + BH, pension (3 / 5)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Manager to support our nationwide roofing operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business within a long-term, stable environment, offering extensive industry training and genuine career progression.

You'll be an integral part of our Health & Safety team, spending most of your time on site across the UK, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Health & Safety compliance across multiple roofing sites nationwide
  • Conduct site audits, inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
  • Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programmes
  • Liaise with clients, operatives, and internal teams to maintain safe
  • Report, investigate, and document incidents, ensuring corrective actions are carried out
  • Attend Friday morning management meetings on site
  • Work at height as required - confidence with ladders is essential
