A growing construction organisation is seeking a Construction Health & Safety Manager to lead health and safety initiatives and foster a positive safety culture across projects. You will ensure compliance with legislation, conduct risk assessments, and mentor teams. The ideal candidate will have NEBOSH or IOSH certification and 3-5 years of experience in a construction-related discipline. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Health & Safety Manager to lead H&S initiatives, mentor teams, and embed a positive safety culture across diverse construction projects.
Our client expertise covers a wide range of sectors, including mineral extraction, iron and steel, sugar, coal, cement, power generation, biomass, and food processing. The business has the flexibility and resources to handle everything from small–scale maintenance tasks through to multi–million–pound contracts. Services range from complete plant installation and commissioning to the provision of skilled labour for standalone site works.
