Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 + Electric Company Car + Pension + Benefits + Progression

Are you an experienced EHS professional looking to take ownership of a group-wide safety function within a growing manufacturing business?

Do you want a role where you'll have real influence, autonomy, and the opportunity to drive cultural change across multiple UK sites?

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Health & Safety Manager to join a leading manufacturer and installer. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing company-wide EHS systems and initiatives, helping shape a positive safety culture while ensuring compliance across a number of UK locations.

The business has grown rapidly in recent years and continues to expand with new sites coming online. This is the ideal time to join and progress as the company grows.

The Role:
  • Lead and manage EHS across all UK sites, developing and maintaining management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001)
  • Carry out audits, inspections, risk assessments, and provide coaching to managers and teams
  • Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance across multiple locations
The Person:
  • Experienced EHS professional in manufacturing, engineering, or construction with strong UK legislation knowledge
  • Confident leading culture change and influencing at all levels
  • Qualified in a relevant discipline (NEBOSH/IOSH desirable) with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
