This young, ambitious M&E contractor is making serious waves in the industry, already trusted by major Tier 1 developers. As they continue to expand, they're seeking a passionate and proactive Health and Safety Manager to take ownership of all aspects of safety across mechanical and electrical projects, balancing time between the office and on-site environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and implement health and safety procedures across high-end residential M&E projects, ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations and client requirements.
  • Carry out regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment and drive a culture of safety awareness.
  • Support and mentor project teams and site operatives on best practices, toolbox talks, and incident prevention strategies.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and Tier 1 contractors to uphold health and safety excellence and deliver premium standards across all sites.
Qualifications
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 Health and Safety qualification (essential).
  • Membership of IOSH (GradIOSH or CMIOSH preferred).
  • Proven experience managing health and safety within the M&E or construction industry, ideally across high-end residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, risk management, and site safety practices.
  • Excellent understanding of M&E site operations, including coordination with electrical and mechanical trades.
