Health and Safety Manager
Milton Keynes (Hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £43,200 Plus Excellent Benefits

Irwin and Colton are partnering with a leading service provider within the Government to recruit a Health and Safety Manager. The organisation supports development, policy, and defense for both UK and global partners. This role will work closely with the Head of Health and Safety to deliver projects, ensuring policies and processes are in place.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting Health and Safety risk management, especially across construction projects.
  2. Supporting operational Health and Safety procedures to identify, measure, and report risks, including CDM.
  3. Communicating Health and Safety risks to key stakeholders.
  4. Promoting a strong Health and Safety culture within the organisation.

The successful candidate will have:

  1. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
  2. Experience in a health and safety role, preferably in the public sector or property sector with CDM/construction experience.
  3. Multisite experience is desirable.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  5. Good understanding of the Health and Safety regulatory framework.
