A multi-campus college in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead the Health and Safety culture across its campuses. The role involves guiding senior leaders and working with teams to make Health and Safety an integral part of college operations. The ideal candidate will possess a NEBOSH Diploma and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills while fostering an inclusive environment.
We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking leader to join us as Health and Safety Manager, to shape a positive, proactive safety culture across our multi-campus college. Reporting to the Director of Estates, as a key member of the College Management Team, you'll provide professional leadership, clear direction, and trusted advice to senior leaders and governors. You'll work collaboratively with curriculum and support teams to make Health and Safety a visible, enabling part of college life, not just a compliance function.
