A leading social housing provider in Manchester is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead their health and safety approach. You will ensure compliance, develop engaging policies, and support the embedding of a proactive safety culture. Ideal candidates will have a strong health and safety background and excellent influencing skills. This role offers flexible working conditions and a supportive environment.
Hours of Work: 35 per week

We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead our approach to colleague health and safety. You’ll ensure compliance and best practice across the organisation while helping us embed a positive, proactive safety culture that supports our values and our people.
Your responsibilities will include :
You’re an experienced H&S professional with strong knowledge of legislation and best practice. You’re proactive, adaptable, and confident in influencing at all levels.
