The Role

We're looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead our approach to colleague health and safety. You'll ensure compliance and best practice across the organisation while helping us embed a positive, proactive safety culture that supports our values and our people.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading on all aspects of health and safety strategy and compliance.
  • Developing practical, engaging policies and processes that work for everyone.
  • Partnering with teams to make safety part of everyday thinking.
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation in H&S practices.

About You

You're an experienced H&S professional with strong knowledge of legislation and best practice. You're proactive, adaptable, and confident in influencing at all levels. You care about people and understand how to balance safety with a positive working environment. You're comfortable working in a dynamic, values–driven organisation.
