You will manage the health & safety management system, conduct risk assessments, and lead training efforts. Salary: Circa 50,000 (flexible depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm)

A leading manufacturing organisation based in the Stoke–on–Trent area is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of their site safety systems and processes. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring full legal compliance and fostering a strong safety culture across all departments.
The successful candidate will manage the full health & safety management system, lead training and development, and oversee compliance activities across the site–including involvement in COMAH–related responsibilities. You\'ll also have line management responsibility for key on–site personnel and play an important role in emergency preparedness and response.
