Health & Safety Manager (Part-Time)

• Location : Eastleigh
• Salary : Up to £50,000 FTE (pro-rata)
• Hours : 16-25 per week | Flexible days and times

About the Role

We're partnering with a respected manufacturing business seeking a Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of the site's Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) strategy.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and promoting a strong safety culture across all site operations.
