The organisation is a well–established Energy company operating within the London area. It is recognised for its commitment to high standards and effective management within its Facilities Management department.

Description
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance on health and safety practices to staff and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, providing recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to ensure safe working environments.
  • Maintain up–to–date records and documentation related to health and safety activities.
Profile

A successful Health & Safety professional should have:

  • A relevant qualification or certification in health and safety management.
  • Must have a good knowledge of CDM regulations
  • Must have a good knowledge of ISO 45001
  • Experience working within the not–for–profit or Facilities Management sector.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and problem–solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and detail–oriented approach to managing health and safety matters.
