As part of our Centre of Excellence, which provides specialist contract, construction, technical, safety and operational expertise across funds and technologies, we are looking for a Health & Safety Manager.
The Health & Safety Manager is the lead for health and safety across OEGEN’s portfolio, embedding proactive risk management, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and strengthening a culture of safety excellence. This role does not carry sole operational responsibility for contractor safety or site-level delivery (this is to be achieved through third party safety advisory companies) but instead ensures that effective systems, oversight, competent parties and governance are in place.
Whilst we maintain a degree of flexibility, this position requires an average of 3 days in the office per week in London.
Our process usually takes up to 4 weeks, but we’ll always do our best to flex around what works for you.
