Poolhall Recruitment is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support construction projects across the UK. The role ensures compliance with health and safety legislation, maintains site standards and provides practical H&S support to project teams.

You will conduct inspections, manage RAMS, drive improvements, investigate incidents, and report findings to stakeholders across multiple sites, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' construction experience, ideally in a health and safety role.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations, LOLER, PUWER, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and ISO 45001.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
