A digital insurance provider is seeking a Health and Safety Manager for their Bexhill office (Hybrid). In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Diploma and a strong background in health and safety management within office-based organisations. You will provide expert advice and training to staff while promoting a safety-first culture.

As our Health and Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for the design, implementation, ongoing management, and communication of Hastings Direct’s Health and Safety policies and risk management. You'll also identify opportunities to improve the company's operational activities and generate performance reports. This is a key and varied role within a busy team serving the whole business across three sites (Bexhill, London, and Leicester).
